Hilary Whitley began her career as an auditor for Peat Marwick Mitchell then
held CFO positions in manufacturing and banking. In 1988, she began her own investment
banking company, which has represented clients in the purchase or sale of more
than $100 billion in financial assets. |

Carl Whitley graduated from Georgia Tech and worked for Kaiser Aluminum for 21
years in various manufacturing and business units, as Plant Manager and Operations
Manager. Subsequent to Kaiser, Carl held the title of VP of manufacturing for
a building products company, and President of a mailbox company. |
